Wholesalers2u requires minimal information from
members to provide access to the directory:
Name - Your first and last name help us to personalize your online experience.
Your logon name is your email address & the password is set by you at
registration. We will use your email address for any communication to you, we do
NOT share your email address with anyone else.
Postal Address - the sign up page allows you to enter this, but it is not
essential.
Telephone Number - again, this is entirely optional.
The server upon which Wholesalers2U resides
employs up to date security software to keep member details private.
As with almost all webservers, it is impossible
to use the site without your IP address being known to us.

Cookies
A session cookie is used to maintain logged in
status for members and for us to track how visitors use the site.

Mailing List
Registered users are automatically added to our
mailing list unless you expressly requested otherwise during the signup process.
We do not share our database of email addresses with other companies, and honour
all requests for removal from the database. To have an email address removed,
please use the "contact us" section of the site.

The discussion board logs your username (email
addresses can be hidden) and your IP address.

Membership Cancellation
Upon request, wholesalers2u will terminate your
membership and remove any personal data about you from the database. Historical
data relating to payments to us is kept and cannot be removed for a period of
years under UK legislation.

Data Protection
The Company may hold personal data relating to
the transactions you enter with us. We will disclose the data to a party only to
assist your transactions. The Company may use your personal data to let you know
about the product and price changes. At all times we will observe the
requirements imposed by the Data Protection Act 1998 and we will provide the
appropriate security to maintain the confidentiality of your personal data.
Although strict measures have been put in place to keep your information
confidential, however due to unforeseen circumstances or web related attack on
our site we do not guarantee complete security of your information and we will
not be held responsible if such a situation may arise.
