Due to the nature of the purchase (i.e. an information service) payments are not refundable once a customer has been granted access to members only data. Wholesalers2U keep accurate logs of all site visitor activity.

Current pricing is always displayed on the sign up page. Payments are accepted in either UK Pounds Sterling or US Dollars.

Wholesalers2U reserves the right to amend membership prices at any time, however, we will never change the ongoing cost of a subscription while it remains active.

Members are guaranteed access to the site while their membership remains active. Wholesalers2U endeavours to maintain functionality of the site on a 24/7 basis, however, we cannot be held responsible for downtime as a result of any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, nor the inability of a member to access the site due to faults with their own computer equipment/software and/or internet connection.

Services operated by Wholesalers2U are not downgradeable. We may upgrade your service if requested please use the contact us page.

Due to the nature of the service, the Wholesalers2U website is intended for use by those aged 18 and over only.

While every effort is made to vet content supplied by companies listed in the directory, Wholesalers2U cannot accept responsibility for data submitted from external sources. Wholesalers2U will investigate any allegation of incorrect or inappropriate data on the site and take action where we feel it is appropriate. Removal of any data from the directory/website is entirely at our discretion.

• Attempt to block access of others to the site.
• Commit any act that violates the terms of service of your ISP.
